Usually when meeting new people I observe how they react to certain situations, analyze their facial expressions, and they speech.

2. Effects of your EQ strength- for your weakest EQ domain, give an example of how this affects you and others in your daily life or work:

I am a very anti-social person, meeting new people is very hard because of my lack of confidence and trust issues so sometimes I miss out on opportunities because I don't speak up enough or my fear of interacting with new people.

3. Improving your EQ strength- for your weakest EQ domain, what steps can you take to strengthen yourself in this area? How will this benefit in your daily life or work?

In order to improve my weakest domain I plan to put myself in more setting where I can meet new people .
